Message	i dont even know the market where you are or in dallas.. 400k in the east bay will buy you a small condo unless your in the ghetto.. you can maybe get a fixer upper detached house for 550k-600k.. mainly your looking at 800k+ for a decent 2ksqfoot house you can get a 1k mortgage on a 200k loan.. maybe thats what houses are like out there.. i dunno.
