Weather they are right or wrong is debatable, but I KNOW in the above circumstance you would be very upset and the neighbor would be making it much worse. You are the Taurus driving neighbor. Show some compassion in these situations or STFU. If you feel strongly about helping him avoid it in the future send him an email in few days with some theft prevention pointers. Or better yet in a couple days make a post even linking to this one. But, I don't think you really want to help this man, you just want to be that jerk neighbor with no tact that often deserves a punch to the face (right or wrong).
