I had done Jael's gauge pod conversion to blue leds (which look very very cool, btw), and am working on the instrument cluster (superbrightleds.com) - just replacing the 4 stock 194 bulbs with diffuse LEDs still leaves "cold" spots at 80 mph on the speedo and in the same spot on the tach - I'm just going to add two more LED's behind that and it should be fine. I figured out how to switch over the defi's to blue - its a real pain in the butt - i thought it would be a matter os switching amber led's to blue, but the amber color comes from a coating on the back of the gauge face which must be carefully removed (i ruined one gauge figuring it out), and then have the white led's switched over to blue (done by jael). The result is absolutely awesome though, exactly what i wanted - the gauges match the stock gauges (with rings) almost exactly, since i got polished gauge rings, the defi's are a little bit off (brushed ring finish). I'm going to work on getting the defi rings either polished or chromed so they match up exactly. I'm still waiting on another EGT gauge from defi (on backorder), and then I'll finish up the project
