Message	where i live its only 85 dollrs (like the speed u were going when they pulled u over). In any case, if u got pulled over by highway patrol then they will most likely be at court cause thats there main forte, to pull over speeders. If it was a regular street cop car or unmarked one, they most likely will not go to court cause they have more important things to do like show up for abuse cases, murders, drug convictions, etc.... Go to court. Worst case scenereo is they lower ur speeding ticket to less an offence such as blowing a stop sign or something like that. Later and good luck.
