Message	accounts are not verified. This happened to me a while back when I sent money for my ECU upgrade. For example if the receiver had an account that was verified then moves, thus a new address associated to their account, the address no longer matches and it is no longer verified. The receiver has to update their info on paypal to get re-verified. Of course this can go apply to the receiver or sender, i.e. did your address change OR theirs? --------------------------------------------------------- "Boosting as funds and time permits, funds mostly..."
