Message	photos to small (not a bad idea, 56k people will be able to see them before their pot of coffee is done). A resizer can be found at windows.com and search for image resizer (if and only if you have xp). It is free to download and use. Im sure there are other programs you can get to resize photos for free if you don't have xp.
