Message I am gathering parts for my next large upgrade. I purchased Joel's (z32power.com) VG30DETT and i am ordering inconel manis, and jwt530BB's.

Basically i need to decide on a clutch.

I think i want the RPS Max Series Clutch. This should be more than enough to hold the power i am going to be putting down (rated at 700 ft lbs of torque).

What is the difference between 6 puck and street design?

My understanding is 6 puck is an on/off type clutch while the street design allows some clutch slippage.

Now to answer everyone's next question, this is a track only driven car (road racing and autox, might drag it for fun, but not seriously--doesnt thrill me much). It NEVER sees road time. Only for basic testing to make sure what is installed is functioning.

Coz reccommended the street design for road racing/autoX and 6 puck for dragging.

I would like people's opinions.

Thanks
