Message	in the Z or one of those "too much money spent, too little result, sell/part out the Z" as you can see often on here. Like I stated, I come across a business opportunity deal with family member...I don't want to get a loan from a bank. If I can't sell the Z, no biggie, I just keep the Z. Frankly, I'm no businessman type :) but I gotta atleast try to do something.
