when i was run off the road by the f350, there was rubbing so it was a "collision" another time i was driving an integra and i was in the right hand lane. someone from the lane left of mine started to merge into my lane. i stomped on the brakes to avoid getting him, which made me slide into the curb and scrape the sh*t outta two of my wheels. I called the police and when they showed up, they didnt site the guy with a ticket, b/c they said, no collision no accident. They said next time to let the guy hit me if you expect him to pay for the damages. i was furious. good thing my integra didnt have aftermarket wheels on it at the time. Not that it mattered, b/c when i did get some Momo Wheels for it, i crashed it like a week later (not my fault)...go figure.
