aplicating methods, and smoothness of final product, but depending on where the areas are, the whole panel is going to have to be cleared, as it's not easy to blend clearcoat together, and not recommended (it never comes out well, and takes another additive). What you may try is taking a good rubbing compound, and a fullsize 7" buffer, NOT to exceed 3k rpms, and try it for a bit first, and follow with a polishing compound. We've done some miraculous things w/ them at work. Best of luck, John
