The sport 600 is the least likely to benefit from the split down pipe over the 3" random tech..... The reason why is because the sport 600 is a stock small 4 bolt housing with a large wheel crammed into it. This turbo I like the least out of any of the turbos available for the Z. With the large wheel it would benefit to have a larger pipe off of the turbo wheel like our 5 bolt version has. The problem is that we can not fit a larger pipe on the 4 bolt split down pipes because their will not be enough room on the flange for the bolt holes to bolt the down pipe on. For the smaller stock turbos and sport 500 turbos the 4 bolt split downpipe tube sizes are ideal and are huge improvement over open 2.5" or 3" downpipes. The sport 600 and our split down pipe is a poor match, But it will work just as well as a poor open 3" down pipe. The 5 bolt down pipes having the larger tubes have huge gains over an open 3" or open 2.5" downpipe. I do my best to steer people away from the sport 600 turbo for many reasons. The 500 and 530 turbos are far better turbos, and for those that want more power than 530 turbos offer; the 700 turbos spool up better than the sport 600 turbos besides making significantly more power.
