Message	Maybe he did scam you but give the guy a break. Maybe he got caught up with other things besides selling you whatever item you bought. I sold a watch on ebay the guy still hasnt paid me after 5 days am i going nuts. NO... I emailed him and if worse comes to worse he gets bad feedback! All I am saying is things happen.
