Message When my Z whas in the dealership's parking lot it became a victim of a local dealer robbery spree. The thieves broke a window, t-top, and stole my whole stereo system.

Before Nissan even notified me of the problem they ordered all the OEM parts. They let my replace the stereo equipement on their tab. All labor and bodywork was covered by them. They also waived the fee for the work the car was originally there for.

In my case, the incident was caught on film, clearly occuring in their parking lot. I also did not sign any repair order or the like when dropping the car off. Nissan had no problem taking full responsibilty and treated me very well.

I wish you luck in your situation, talk to the service manager and see he can do for you. Afterall, they have huge insurance policies, losing a few hundred dollars to keep you as a customer is well worth it to them.
