As Mike mentioned, play with the gain (balance on Spec I) setting, and start by turning toward "sharp". Keep turning it towards sharp until it starts spiking, then turn it down to just below the point at which it spikes. I'm not sure what turbos you are running (I didn't take the time to look at your profile, sorry), but you should be able to make and hold around 15-16 psi with stock turbos. Good luck, Mark
