or damaged while in service at Nissan Dealership? I had my car towed to the local dealership a couple of weeks ago for a transmission replacement (warranty). Today I stopped by to check the status and they have not even started the repair work. The mechanic asks me what happened to your car. I responded like "what do you mean, it needs a transmission." He then says, "where's your computer, and the car is running like crap." Well, I started the car and it does run like crap, it won't even rev over 3k, and my S-AFC is gone, someone pulled up the floorboard, cut the harness, and took the S-afC. What is Nissans responsibility?
