and the reception frequently given reasonable (new and uninformed) questions is often met with less than open arms. I think some of us need to keep in perspective that asking questions (even if found in search) can be met with hostile, sarcastic, and less than welcoming responses. I think it reasonable to keep in mind the newness of the member and guide him or her according to their level of "forum etiquette and experience". Some people also have a little thicker skin than others and are easily chased away from a site filled full of knowledgeable, and (in some cases) very helpful individuals. For what it's worth, Mark
