Subject	Short shift gear grinding normal?

Message	Previous owner installed a short shift kit of unknown origin. Says that some grinding on very fast shifts as the clutch is let back out (which I have experienced) is normal because the transmission cannot keep up with the short shifter. Is this normal? * Cape does not enable user to fly *
