pad which will work better in lower temps. The blues will work best when hotter, something you wont be able to bring them up to before launching. But, as scott said, you dont want a hot pad sitting on a rotor face b/c of pad material being transferred. If you really need better grip on the front, you may have to consider changing calipers to a design that will apply more pressure and/or a larger pad surface to hold the rotor better. This of course is taking it a little far and maybe more than necessary.
