Looks like a pretty good idea for protecting your expensive hairdryers. I think I will be getting a set of these for my personal Z. It will eliminate the possibility of particulate contaminants getting into the turbo's bearing/bushing assemblies, which I have seen occur a few times.. This usually leads to destruction of the turbocharger as well. Might also be a good piece of insurance against unscrupulous turbo builders that may be inclined to tell you that you got some junk in your turbos when it was really a rebuilding oversight on their part. No sense in having to pay for them twice, regardless..
