Message Set 35%
Set Gain 150
Gain 55%

Increase your Set to 36, 37, 38 % till you get 17PSI exactly.

For set gain, I would not go higher than 160 (16psi) since your goal is 17 PSI, you need this close to the boost you are looking for, but not too close or it wont hold the boost..

55% is the max gain I could get without spiking.
You need to get that as high as you can for faster turbo response, keep raising till it start spiking then bring it down...

Start with 40%.. when tuning your boost level once you got the boost you want (setting the set and set gain), start raising it, to see how high you can go without spiking.

The main reason you are slipking now and not holding boost is because your set gain is too close to your set.
