Message	The numbers are going to be WAY too high... I failed in GA with gutted cats... wasn't even close, and GA isn't a smog-crazy as CA. HC and NOx will be way off without main cats. Downpipes are one thing, although a good test might still nail you on the visual... It's easy enough to pass the smog part with just the main cats.
