| that's a different situation then what the topic was. What you're describing is someone getting into your account and trying to withdrawl money. If you contacted paypal and they closed the account because of this, thir had to be some proof someone was trying to steal your info and withdrawl money. What i'm saying, if for some reason, someone initiates a chargeback, and paypal rules in favor of them resulting in a negative balance for you, Paypal cannot just go into your bank account and take the funds "owed" back to them. They attempt to resolve the issue for a few months, then it gets sent to collections.
