Very Sorry you had to go through this..... The problem was not bad welds, But that the welds were ground back too far. When we found out that Labree was grinding the welds back too far it was to late to stop a number of bad ones because we had already sent a bunch out done by this person....These are not very new because they are not long splits. Since we have been making the long splits we have been measuring before and after grinding the inside welds and we have been adding to tack welds to the outside for extra strength. By tacking the outside we are still allowing for the pipe to expand and contract without cracking the outside weld. I will take care of this for you....Please call me tomorrow.
