Message	Significant could mean lots of things. Its not a perfect paint job by any means, but its not "shit". The fact is that the car WAS repainted right before it went up for sale. The guy that painted it is a Z guy and lives down in Birmingham. From what I understand, no further inquiry was made or was wanted until the guy had already made the error of bidding on a car he didnt want.
