Message	Are all 300zx 90-96 hoods made out of aluminum. I'm pretty sure my 91 tt hood is aluminum but I am shopping around for a new replacement hood and I have been told by some body parts suppliers that the hood they have in stock is oem but is made out of steel. Also I have seen some listings for oem style carbon fiber hoods on e-bay and other sources for around $300, which is the same amount I would be paying for a regular replacement hood. Even if I got a carbon fiber hood I would paint over it, but I was just thinking I might be able to get a lighter hood for the same price as stock. Do these carbon fiber hoods fit the same as stock hoods or are there larger gaps between body panels? Are hood pins needed for carbon fiber hoods. Do carbon fiber hoods crack easily?
