Message	I first scribed where I wanted to cut with a sharpie, and simply cut them out with a new/sharp X-acto knife. Then I bent them out and used a couple of short blasts from a heat gun to keep them in place. Make sure to angle them out and down to ensure your wheels don't kick water into the IC area.
