Message the car feels more "peppy" and responsive on cool dry days than it does on hot days. the more dry it is and the cooler it is tend to improve response. ideal driving weather seems to be about 45F and dry. there is no real noticable change in response as it gets any colder than that. above about 80F is the same at the other end of the spectrum.

colder - 45F = no noticable change
45F - 80F = improved response the colder it gets (according to butt dyno)
80F - hotter = no noticable change
