Message	Lightwave: A very excellent program. Used to make the M&Ms in the commercials. Used for 3D in Babylon 5. Used in "Titanic". 3D Studio Max: Doesn't render as well. Has a certain "look" from what I've seen. Though some people really like it. $3,495. Maya: Awesome but very difficult program. Used in Shrek, Monsters Inc, Ice Age. $1,999 for the good version; $6,999 for the best version. $1600 isn't looking so bad now, is it? And if you're a student, you can get it for like $300-$400.
