The Gram Light 57c weighs 18lbs. in the 17x8.5 and the 57f is forged so it is even lighter. According to this website , [ http://www.upgrademotoring.com/wheels/volk_fitment/nissan.htm ] the 17x8.5 et is 40 and the 17x9.5 et is 38. Don't know about the brake clearance, hope this helps.
