| I noticed that my GT28R turbos have a cast divider in the turbine housing, its right between the turbine and the flapper door, almost what the GD pipes do. My problem is that i do plan on going with some GD super splits 5bolt in 3". How am I going to make this work? Obviously I will not be able to use GD's divider and if I do not, there will be a small space in the pipe where there is no divider thus causing more turbulence and possibly a lower in performance/spoolup.
I was considering taking my turbine housing off and trying to mill it down, but thats going to be hard. I seen where Tyler Dushane (MyZ8u GT28R soon) just got the same turbos and his does not have the cast divider. Has anyone ran into this problem and had a solution or know what I should do? Do you think running the GD pipes without its divider and using the cast divider in the turbine housing will not cause a Lag gain? Thanks in advance, and ANY help would be appriciated! Shawn300zTT
