Message	with or without rain. Boy did this get outta hand...I mention that the cheapo wipers I had were pulling away from the windshield (probably one time while I was passing a car in very light rain...the 100 MPH was a guess) and the focus is on driving too fast in the rain...not on the high speed characteristics of the cheapo wipers. LOL!
