| :A compression test with a blown turbo would tell you nothing as all the oil in the motor would give you false readings (high). A leakdown test will tell you if there are any problems with the rings or valves. I would do this now before going any further. Is there oil in your boost pipes? The turbo was not blown when the motor was checked for compression.
