As I understand a five angle valve job it opens and smooths the valve and the valve seat to allow more charge to enter the combustion chamber. That is the good news, great for race cars where rework and valve jobs are common. The five angle valve job makes the edge of the valve thinner and more likely to burn, or leak after extended use. No idea what sort of interval we are talking about 5K, 10K, 20K, but that they will require rework sooner than a standard valve job.
