That's a damn strong statement to make, unless you have real knowledge about the situation. I know there's been plenty of speculation about Z1 doing various types of shit, and I understand that speculation doesn't just randomly start happening; it usually has some basis in reality. But I seriously, seriously doubt that you would have any way of knowing how this fender was dented. And having knowledge of or having heard stories of past grievances still doesn't make much of a case for this type of accusation, given how much business Z1 does in general. Now, maybe four or five past complaints is four or five too many for you to recommend the shop. That's completely undertsandable. Maybe you don't like the guys there, don't trust them, or whatever- all understandable. I think you'd be completely reasonable to steer someone away from Z1 on the basis that they've just had too many complaints and too many forum antics. But being this accusatory in this specific of a situation is way over the top. It's bordering on a 'guilty until proven innocent' mindset, which isn't a trait of an open-minded person, which I think you consider yourself to be.
