Message	The part left here in perfect condition. The fender was carefully placed on a pallet with a rear quarter panel. Large shipment. It was shipped via Southeastern Freight Lines. They cover 10% per pound for damage to used auto parts and offer no supplemental insurance. However LTL happens to be the only means we have to ship a shipment of this size. We pack as good as possible, but sometimes they find a way to damge it anyway. Robert worked with a customer to make sure he was satisfied, which he seems to be. Why don't you find a new goal in life besides making false accusations against us and continually skewing the reality of who we are.
