Message	old bose spk to the rescue. my benz lhs spk started to sound like crap, somehow it got wet and distorted sound. i had one old bose spk from my z and used it for a temp fix in the benz (may become a permanent fix, we'll see). honestly, i can't tell the diff between the sound of the original 6.75" bose speaker and the 4.0" bose spk that came from the z (maybe a tad more base from the 6.75" but not much). i had to build an adapter; but hey, I have plenty of experience building adapters for the blose. Both speakers were 2 ohms (typical bose). on to the pics: drawing both concentric circles cut donut adapter: 4.0" bose installed: puting assembly back into benz: assembly and door panel back in place (my wife's feet): Carlo$-91NA-2+2-5$p
