Message	With 89 octane I get some detonation. 92, 94, doesn't matter in an NA. The compression ratio is high enough to warrant 'high' octane gas, but there isn't enough reason to go any higher than that unless you really need the lower volatility. 92 is the highest they sell in California anyway. mfh - 1990 NA Z - Just for cruisin'
