Message	Apparently everyone has their VooDoo sticks pointed at Z1 based on their history of poor customer service and the bashing of their own customers about their complaints on public forums. Lots of companies have had issues in the past with customer service. In fact, one current good-standing vendor/shop went down almost the exact same road (even having a few fights on the forum) but they stopped that, shaped up and got it under control. It takes admission of a problem to actual head down the path of recovery but I seriously doubt that any one of the very, very few admissions of anything out of Z1 were genuine. Of course, that's just speculation but I'd much rather liken it to an educated guess based on past and current events.
