Message	passenger side thermocouple placement (this one was EASY, just a LTR Q drill and 1/8" NPT tap): top view: Now the tough SOB: Notice the thermocouple doesn't protrude NEARLY far enough into the collector to get an accurate reading. I got the bright idea to tap the 300 degree EGR delete plug and insert the thermocouple there. Only problem is, the plug is too deep. So I had to plug up the hole that I tapped in the EGR plug ghetto-style: I'm debating on whether I should just get a replacement. The 1/8" NPT plug is brass, and the EGR plug is steel.
