Message	I currently pay less than $2k/year in property taxes. Paying a hike in property taxes is well worth the increase in property value, IMHO. Don't know about you, but I enjoy seeing my property go from $270 to $450... Of course it cost me a chunk to get there, but I'll take what I can get.
