Message I can't believe it... lol... some engineer you are! Just messing with you. I thought the same thing at first, but anyways...

If you look at the graphs again, you'll notice that ALL of the HP and torque lines intersect at 5252 rpm... the problem is that you aren't noticing the difference in scale between the left Y-axis (hp) and the right Y-axis (torque). Note their respective values at 5252 rpm and you'll see that hp does indeed equal torque at 5252 rpm.


: The HP and torque lines for any given run must intersect at 5252 rpm. This is because the HP is calculated from torque using the equation

: HP=torque*rpm/5252.

: In these curves, this is only true of the curves at 23 psi. All others are off, some by quite a bit. You might want to check with the shop to see if this can be resolved.
