: Look at that horrible powerband- it's all lag then spoolup. It keeps going up and then they have to let off the gas before it even begins to decline. Even the torque curve didn't peak yet. That car was meant to be a dynoqueen. If you produce your peak torque later on in the powerband then you can get your peak HP to be high also. Seeing that this guy is aiming for 10,000 rpm then it should be no problem getting 650 rwhp. But seriously- come on! That kind of RPM is not what I call "realistic" on a street driven car. I've seen Z engines rev at high RPM also, but how useful is it to rev your car like a chainsaw? It's also possible for me to cruise around on the highway at 60 mph in second gear. But if I told you that that's what I planned to do, would you seriously believe me? Let's be realistic.
