Message In reality what nearly always happens is you wipe out and they run off. It's also possible that you lose control and hit an innocent person who wasn't even involved in the situation.

They made the mistake, make them deal with it.

A while back some bitch in a white Ford Expedition tried to go straight in a turn only lane and then quickly merge into the space that I was presently occupying. My instinct was to swerve out of her way, and for an instant I began to, but that would have left me going into oncoming traffic. So I held my ground and she went barreling over the curb. I know if I slammed on my brakes, swerved or did anything else drastic it would have been MY fault because she'd never been seen again. She caused the situation, let her deal with it.

It's not worth it for a fender bender.
