I use the standard steel ramps for the front that I have extended with a 2x10. The 2x10 is bolted to the ramp so it can't slip, and then supported underneath so it won't crush. It's safer than it sounds ;) Once the front is on the ramps, I can lift the rear onto some 2x10 platforms so the whole car is level. I don't know of "one long ramp" that you could drive your whole car onto. You could build one, but it would be too damn heavy to move around.
