| The first thing I was planning on doing with my Z was upgrading all of the bushings to ES polyurethane bushings. I figured that this should fix a lot of the wear and tear issues in my 80k mile '95 tt. Since then I've read about a lot of people that have had problems with them. Apparently they put way too much stress on certain components causing early failure. Anyways, I would still like to replace as many bushings as I can, but obviously I don't want any problems. So.... Specifically what bushings should NOT be replaced with ES? Is OEM the only alternative? Are there better alternatives than ES, for performance reasons? I have already started making a list of bushings to replace, but I want to make sure that I don't make any mistakes. Any help would be appreciated. I will probably start ordering parts soon to install in spring.
