That is like comparing apples to oranges. F1 cars are setup differently depending on what course they are running on and are designed to make a lot of power close to redline. For all intents and purposes they don't make much (comparatively) power down low. They also have a very small stroke and huge bore, and idle at 3k+ RPM. In fact, if you let an F1 car sit and idle too long you will damage the engine because they are NOT intended to be very efficient at such low RPM's.
