Message looks does not have anything to do with "quality" ugly wheels can also be of good quality ....

here's my list

#1.) manufacturing process
forged, semi-solid forged, high pressure cast, etc.

#2.) strength adding processes
heat treating, etc.

#3.) stress reducing processes
shot peening, etc.

#4.) finishing process
polish, lv hp paint, hv lp paint, electrostatic paint, etc.

#5.) material used
t6 billet, 3056 alloy, etc.
