Message alignment. The shop told me the bearings were shot, and the arms had been on the car for 6 days and less than 20 miles. I did leave my FCCK in at that time, but I don't think that was a contributing factor because the car was hardly driven. Courtesy stated that it was a manufacturing defect that occurred in a few pairs of their arms (with green lock collars), and that it is an isolated incident. To their credit, they promptly refunded my money. I prefer the steel Powertrix arms to the aluminum ones- they feel much more sturdy...
