| I got the turbos just before Christmas but I'm just getting around to posting now. When I first got the box I was pretty choked as it looked like someone had been playing hockey with these things all the way from Alabama to me. The pictures show how the box was mostly just being held together by the packing tape. 
After opening the box I checked out the turbos hoping against hope that they'd made it through undamaged. One turbo came through unscathed but the other one took some pretty significant hits.
The gouges to the aluminum compressor housing can be dressed with a file and shouldn't effect the turbos operation and can just be dressed with a file. 
The dual port wastegate actuator on the other hand is another story. The good news is that Chip has agreed to replace the actuator for me which is all I asked for and all I really need. 
Unfortunately I won't have dyno numbers on these things for some time seen as it's about 28 F. in the garage right now with the electric heater going full blast. Still I'm excited to have the turbos in my possesion and can't wait for Spring.
