Message	ticket you. But if you are just on private property and he didn't see you pull in then he can't do squat. I parked my dads car in a parking lot when I was 15 years old. Cop pulls up and asks for my driver's licence. I knew the law and told him I was on private property with my dad's car and I don't need a license. He backed off. I was living in Las Vegas at the time.
